Cardio Kickboxing

Our Cardio Kickboxing class is an exciting 45 minute aerobic exercise class. It is for females and males ages 14 and up. The class is designed for any fitness level and there is no martial arts experience needed.

This class begins with a quick warm-up followed by kicking and striking a free standing martial arts bag in time to energizing music. You will get FAST results because you work your upper body, lower body, and core at the same time. The class ends with stretching and abdominal work. Our experienced fitness instructors will teach you the proper techniques to ensure fun and safety.
